PHYSICIAN, OWNER
Nichelle Horton-Brown, M.D.
Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska Dr. Nichelle R. Horton-Brown is a proud graduate of Creighton University, where she obtained her B.A. in Psychology. Soon after Dr. Horton-Brown obtained her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1999 and completed her residency at East Tennessee State University in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
Upon her residency completion, she returned to her hometown with an unyielding passion to provide healthcare services to underserved community members. To accomplish this goal, Dr. Horton-Brown founded her private practice, Endeveren Family Medicine. Her philosophy is to treat everyone like family and provide a welcoming environment for all that enter her doors. Dr. Horton-Brown brings more than 15 years of experience to the practice.
Dr. Horton-Brown and her husband, Wayne Brown, J.D., have been married for 22 years, and enjoy a busy life with their daughters, Olivia, Sophia and Mariah.

Kylie Washington, RN-BSN
Kylie Washington is an Omaha native and graduate of Clarkson College where she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. To the Endeveren family, Kylie brings a diverse nursing background in home health, hospice, long-term care and skilled rehabilitation.
Kylie has been married to her husband for 23 years, having raised five children — and now three grandchildren. Outside of her work at the practice, Kylie is also a licensed cosmetologist!
OFFICE MANAGER
Margo Walker, M.A.
Margo Walker was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. After relocating to the “Cornhusker State”, she graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Upon her return to Kansas City, she attended University of Missouri-Kansas City receiving a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Mental Health and training in Psychometry (Neuropsychology). Since, Margo has worked closely with Dr. Horton-Brown as the Office Manager of Endeveren.
Margo has been the proud wife of W. Ryan Walker for 19 years and mother to their son, Ian. She looks forward to receiving her certification in Health and Nutrition Life Coaching in the coming months!
